We've Got Sunshine In The Bag

At The Emergency Sunshine Show, we know that what people need more than anything is people. We need to hear each other, hold space with each other, and most of all, be kind to each other. Whether through music, stories, conversation, poetry, or good old fashioned gibbering, we all have our own ways of proving that friendship is magic.

All of our content is made exclusively by our dear friends in Linn and Benton County, Oregon.  I hope you'll listen in, and share a little something of yourself with us, cause you can't spell unicorn without you 'n' I, pal.  And corn.  Is the corn important?  You'll have to tune in to find out.

Get Yerself Heard

Look, I'm gonna level with ya - I don't know what all y'all do.  If I had to guess, I'd say you play the lute and write limericks.  But what're ya making me guess for, pardner?  Just up and tell me.  Then I can put your good works on this here radio station, and you can become part of a whimsical gestalt.  Whatever your skill level, whatever your medium, if it's kind, we want it.

Testimonials

Where Horses Are Hearded

As a long time listener, slightly longer time horse, and frequent contributor, I've benefitted from The Emergency Sunshine Show in many ways - some of them good!  Give it a nibble, human friend, and you just might get your teeth stuck in the gummy gum of positivity.

The ESS - Where Community Meets Unexpected Noises

The Emergency Sunshine Show is all about four things: local music, local writing, news so bleeding edge it hasn't even happened yet, and the omnipresent gaze of Beefcake Flake Industries.  But don't take my word for it!  Give it a listen yourself.  I think you'll find you'll be pleasantly disappointed.

The Least Lonely Hole You Could Fall In

I've fallen in a lot of holes over the years.  I've spent my life with one foot in the grave, the other foot in a bucket of cured ham, and my hands stuck in a jar of peanut butter and old faithful.  I'm just saying - I know holes.  And The Emergency Sunshine Show is the deepest, kindest, sweetest radio hole in the Linn Benton area.  If you're looking for a friend, or just a friendly voice in the night, this hole is full of them.
